The site is located along the south side of Kelley Parkway, north of <br />TH 12 and cast of Old Crystal Bay Road. We have the following comments with regards to <br />engineering matters: <br />• The storm sewer calculations are acceptable. <br />• We recommend that a catch basin be added east of CB-4 to help facilitate the collection of <br />drainage east of the parking island. <br />• The silt fence along the southerly boundary should be extended easterly and northerly to <br />protect against sediments getting into the MnOOT ditch. <br />• We have estimated the cost of site improvements to be $ 197,425, a copy of the estimate is <br />attached. The applicant should provide the city with a financial guarantee for 150% of this <br />amount or $296,138 prior to any work on site.
