Hardcover variance to allow 39.25% hardcover in the 75 ’ - 250’ zone where 40.45% <br />currently exists. Hardcover changes in this zone amount to a reduction of approximately <br />183 s.f. of deck area. <br />2. Average lakeshore setback variance to allow a 4 ’ encroachment for construction of a lake <br />side deck. <br />The applicant has also applied for a conditional use permit to allow land alterations within 75 ’ <br />feet of Lake Minnetonka. The City Engineer has requested additional information in order to <br />complete his review. Due to weather conditions this information cannot yet be gathered and the <br />applicant has requested that this portion of her application be tabled until a full review has been <br />completed.
