Gappa <br />Title Director of Public Services <br />Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Public Service Director's Report <br />Item Description: Schedule Assessment Hearing for West Farm Sanitary Sewer Project- Resolution <br />We have solicited for and received quotations from three contractors for this project. The total <br />estimated project cost based on the lowest responsible quotation received is $44,800 which results in <br />an assessment of $6,400 for each of the seven properties in the project. All of the project costs will <br />be assessed to the benefiting property owners. This assessment is less than the proposed assessment <br />that was presented at the Public Hearing for this project based on the competitive quotations <br />received. <br />We are recommending Council approval of the attached resolutions declaring the costs to be assessed <br />and scheduling an assessment hearing for 7:00 p.m. at the March 22nd Council meeting <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve resolution declaring cost to be assessed and ordering preparation of proposed <br />assessment for the West Farm Sanitary Sewer Project. <br />Motion to approve resolution for hearing on proposed assessment for the West Farm Sanitary Sewer <br />Project. <br />1
