It wts the eciion of the Boerd to <br />epprove this epplicetion with the following conditions: <br />• Reimbursement of meiling costs in the emount of $39.60 <br />• Peyment of Rule J fees in the emount of S227.8S <br />• Submit e Decleretion for meintenence of the skimming structure which must be executed end <br />recorded <br />Due to the size end complexity of certein projects, the Boerd, by Rule J, requires thst site <br />inspections be conducted. In these ceses, the spplicent it requM to pey to the District, s fee equel <br />to the ectuel costs of snelysis of the project, field inspection, engineering services, legel services, <br />end eny subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs ere referred to es Rule J fees. <br />Once the ebove mentioned fees heve been peid end the other conditions have been met staff will <br />issue the permit. You ere reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the permit has been <br />issued. This permit expires one year from the date of this letter.
