An engineer reviewed the plans you faxed to <br />us and had no comments on the design. Mr. Wagner is covered under the permit upon sutmission of the <br />application. The state will be updeting the irtdustnal storm water rules, and therefore vwn’t issue a permit <br />until that time. Mr. Wagner will be operating under the old permit requirements. It is appropriate to say <br />that state approves of the system, but we will not be submitting anything to the company in writing. Also, <br />the industrial storm water permit covers activities and materials that may come in contact with storm <br />water. This includes the washing of vehicles and treating of the wastewater. However, the permit will not <br />be specific to the system. This is the reason I told Mr. Wagner to be specific about maintenance on the <br />treatment system in the annual report. <br />I hope this satisfies the cities questions and requirements.
