In this case the wetland was excavated deeper in the late 1 950's <br />as shown on aerials and the project could be considered a restoration back to a previous wetland type. <br />Recorrvnend Approval of the Variance Application with the following conditions: <br />1 . The City receive a copy of the declaration for the preservation of the wetland buffer once it is executed and <br />recorded. <br />2.
