As <br />we discussed on the telephone yesterday, we wocld appreciate youc insights regarding our <br />project especially regarding the hardship critetia. The information I have submitted includes <br />a desciiptioo of the proposed project including how the wetland will benefit fiiom the <br />proposed improvements. A Wetland Delineation was performed in 2001 by Kjolhaug <br />Environmental and is available for your review, if you wish to see it. This proposal is <br />consistent with the project we discussed with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District <br />(MCWD) in your office some months ago, which you and the grotip agreed was worthy of <br />support.
