MN SS449 <br />Phone:763-780-5756 <br />Location of Event: 970 Willow View Drive <br />Type of Event:2004 Spring Preview Parade of Homes <br />The following documents are required and on fUe at the City Administrative Offices: <br />• Certificate of General Liability Insurance <br />• Approval from Orono Police Department <br />• Approval from Orono Building and Zoning Department <br />The following conditions have been placed on this event: <br />« This special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police Department <br />upon violation of any City Ordinances or identification of hazards to safety of the public. <br />Orono Police will have authority to revoke the permit for failure to immediately resolve any <br />issue involving public safety. This will be determined by a police supervisor on the scene. <br />• All neighbors to be notified and provided with a phone number of a live person (not voice <br />mail) that has authority to respond to neighbor complaints and resolve conflicts. <br />• Road to be plowed to full width. <br />• Roadway is to be kept open with two-way traffic allowed to pass in the area. <br />• All event signs to be removed at the end of the event. <br />• Permit holder is responsible to clean up any event-related debris each day of the event. <br />Approved at City Council meeting on: February 9.2004
