'Vjr mit\ fm mi <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />amendments to the site plan which are not in conformity with City codes will <br />require further Planning Commission and City Council review. <br />The property currently known as 2885 Little Orchard Way must be combined <br />with the property known as 825 Old Crystal Bay Road. <br />The applicant shall move the bam in question to the location shown on Exhibit B, <br />attached to this resolution. <br />A lot combination of 2885 Little Orchard Way with 825 Old Crystal Bay Road <br />must be filed with Hennepin County and the re-location of the bam to the location <br />shown on Exhibit B, attached to this resolution, must be completed by July 20, <br />2004. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br />applicants, and are permissive only. If the conditions of this resolution are not <br />complied with by July 21, 2004 this resolution shall expire on that date and 2885 <br />Little Orchard Way shall fully comply with all Zoning Ordinance regulations, <br />which would require removal of the bam in its entirety. <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understand and hereby agree to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of the applicants and the applicants ’ heirs, <br />successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the <br />chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on the 9'*’ day of February, 2004. <br />ATTEST; <br />Linda S.
