HOWEVER, IF AX OFFICIAL OF USER IS <br />AUTHORIZED BY STATUTE OR CHARTER TO APPROVE AN <br />AGREEMENT OF THIS NATURE THEN THIS ORIGINAL LETTER SIGNED <br />BY SUCH OFFICIAL AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION MUST BE <br />RETURNED TO THE COUNTY.
