LICENSES <br />One Day Gambling Permit—Resolution No. 5095 <br />Orono Elementary PTO <br />Winter Fun Fest—Orono Middle School <br />Saturday, February 7,2004 <br />Mnyor Peterson moved, nnd Murphy seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 5095 <br />approving a one-day gambling iicense for the Orono Elementary PTO raffle. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />Annual Liquor Licenses <br />On Sale 3.2 Beer Lakeview Golf of Orono, Inc. <br />405 North Arm Drive <br />Off Sale 3.2 Beer O'Sullivan ’s <br />2420 Shadywood Road <br />O'Sullivan ’s II <br />3340 Shoreline Drive <br />On Sale Liquor Narrows Saloon <br />(Orono Liquor, Inc.) <br />3380 Shoreline Drive <br />Moorse stated that for the last 3 years some issue has come up with his license, like <br />serving underage drinkers. The Police Department suggested warning the applicant that <br />further violations would not be acceptable. <br />Mayor Peterson suggested sending a letter of concern with his notice of approval. Moorse <br />suggested stating that one more violation would result in their not renewing his license <br />next year. <br />Murphy asked if the City had a step-down policy. Moorse stated they had an increase in <br />fines with each violation, and have the same penalties as Long Lake. <br />Mayor Peterson asked if anyone had contacted Mr. Anderst about the Lion's Club pull tab
