MN 55426 <br />Phone: 952-591-1500 <br />Location of Event: 955 Tonkawa Road <br />Type of Event:2004 Parade of Homes - Spring Preview <br />The following documents are required and on file at the City Adminbtrative Offices: <br />• Certificate of General Liability Insurance <br />• Copy of Neighbor Notification <br />• Approval from Orono Police Department <br />The following conditions have been placed on this event: <br />• This special events permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police Department <br />upon violation of any City Ordinances or identification of hazards to safety of the public. Orono <br />Police will be authorized to revoke this permit at any time for failure to resolve any neighbor <br />conflicts caused by the display home traffic or any safety problem that is not adequately resolved. <br />A decision by a police supervisor on the scene shall be final as to the revocation of the permit. <br />• Post Partenw'ood Road at the intersection with Tonkawa Road, “No Spring Preview of Homes <br />Parking On This Road.” <br />• Post south bound Tonkawa Road from just south of 847 Tonkawa Road at the old road cut with a <br />sign from Warning Lites or equal warning of Congestion Ahead, Pedestrian Traffic or something <br />similar. <br />• Parking on west side of Tonkawa Road will be allowed from 930 mailbox to 1015 mailbox. <br />Parking cannot block private driveways or intei fere w'lth a driver’s view. <br />• “No Parking” must be posted on north bound Tonkawa Road from the 1080 mailbox through the <br />curve and end across from the road cut at 847's south property line <br />• No Parking must be posted on south bound Tonkawa Road from 847 mailbox to the 930 mailbox <br />and then from 1015 mailbox south to 1080 mailbox <br />• Warning Lites or equal sign shall be posted for north bound Tonkawa Road at about the 1000 <br />block warning of Congestion Ahead or Pedestrian Traffic or something similar. <br />• Notify neighbors on Tonkawa Road from 700 to 1355 of the event dates and time. Pro\nde a <br />phone number and contact name the neighbors can call (live person not voice mail) that will have <br />authority to deal w ith any problems created by the event.
