He has provided <br />excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Mr. Potts has proposed a three-year extension of the <br />contract at an annual fee of $30,000. The current fee is $28,700, which has been unchanged for the <br />past four years. Attached is a letter from Mr. Potts explaining the fee increase, and a letter of <br />agreement extending the contract through 2006. It is reconunended the contract renewal be <br />iq)proved as proposed by Mr. Potts. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the renewal of the conutict for prosecution services with Ken Potts for the years <br />2004,2005, and 2006, at an annual fee of $30,000. <br />J <br />I ~n*iw
