Woodhill Country Club is authorized to <br />operate a golf course and related country club activities \ ia a Conditional Use <br />Permit issued by the City Council in 1968. Tlie Club has obtained a number <br />of additional conditional use permits for various improvements since 1968. <br />Brief Summary of Request <br />Woodhill Country Club requests that its 1968 Conditional Use Permit be amended 1) to <br />acknowledge certain basic rights of access to Woodhill Avenue; and 2) to impose certain new <br />restrictions and conditions on Woodhill's access to Woodhill Avenue. The Club cleared and re <br />graded a former access from Woodhill Avenue to the Club propert)’ in May 1998 w ithout obtaining <br />City approval. The Club now seeks approval to use this access on a limited basis, requiring a CUP <br />application and review process for this proposed change in use.
