Future access road to be shown along northeast side of <br />property and to be dedicated and designated along east <br />boundary to provide further loop road access to future <br />residential developments to east and possibly to west. <br />School to file in conjunctuion with subdivision application <br />a vacation application for Outlot A of Orono School <br />Expansion and all other drainage and utility easements <br />deemed unnecessary by City of Orono. <br />3, The redesignation of access and utility easements through <br />school property to provide for expansion of municipal <br />services to east and north. <br />4, Per Park Commission recommendation of June 2, 1992 meeting <br />(review Exhibit F), school to grant bike easements along Old <br />Crystal Bay Road and County Road 6 and in lieu of additional <br />park dedication lands to encourage leasing of lands from <br />school district for baseball field use. <br />5, Should the applicant be advised to work with the School <br />District on filing a PUD for the entire property? The <br />proposed uses and impact of those uses suggest a need for <br />more comprehensive planning. <br />Review of issues raised by neighboring property owners in <br />attendance. <br />7.
