GOETTEN <br />Summary description of request <br />The site address of the property owned by Mr. Goetten ("Property") is 1385 Fox <br />Street^ Orono, Minnmota. The site is shown on Schedule 1 attached. The Property is <br />legally described as; <br />That part of Lot 3, Section 2, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the <br />5th Princip^ Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest <br />comer of Lot 3 aforesaid and running thence East 720 feet to the Northerly <br />liiiA on side of right of way of the Minnetonka Branch of the Great Northern <br />Railway; thence Southwesterly along the Northerly line on side of said ri^t <br />of way 827.05 feet to the West line of Lot 3 aforesaid; thence North 423.1 <br />feet to place of beginning, the boundaries of which tract of land have been <br />marked by three judicial landmarks placed at the most Easterly comer of <br />said tract of at a point in the Southwesterly line and at a point in the <br />North line where said lines are intersected respectively by a line parallel to <br />and 33 feet east of the West line of said lot. <br />Also that part of the West 33 feet of Lot 3, Section 2, Township 117 North, <br />Range 23 West of the 6th Principal Meridian lying Southerly of County <br />Road No. 7, the boundaries of which tract of land have been marked by four <br />judicial landmarks placed at the Northwest comer and the Northeast <br />comer, respectively, of said tract of land, and at a point in the Westerly line <br />thereof 288.3 feet South along said line firom said Northwesterly comer, and <br />in the East line thereof at a point 275.4 feet South of the Northeast comer <br />thereof. <br />The area of the Property is approximately 3.6 acres and is currently zoned RR*1B. The <br />portion of the Property upon which the existing residence is located (the ’Residence <br />Parcel") (approximately 1+ acre) is currently served by public sewer as a result of the <br />City’s Sewer Project 80-1 and lies within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area ("MUSA ) <br />line (See Schedule 2 attached).
