Aerial Map - Average Lakeshore Setback <br />Description of Request <br />The applicant proposes a second story addition over the existing <br />24 X 34' building envelope. A 12' X 14' three season porch is <br />proposed in the northeast corner of the present lakeside deck <br />area and a two story 5X5' entry addition is proposed to the <br />street side of the existing residence. Refer to Exhibits F., Hl- <br />3f I and J. <br />Applicant proposes a 5.4% reduction in hardcover by removing <br />approximately 233 sq ft of non-structural hardcover. <br />There is a slight encroachment of the average <br />but because of the curved shoreline there <br />neighbor to south's view of lake. <br />lakeshore setback <br />is no impact on <br />Setback variances are required for the intensifation of the <br />structure where ever a substandard setback is shown.
