Chapter 11/Class II Subdivision <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />Section 11.02 > Definition 66 (A) - Creation of a <br />private easement and lot line rearrangements involving <br />properties that do not meet the standard of the RS <br />district require subdivision review. Subdivisions of <br />this type are classified as Class II. <br />Section 10.31, Subd. 2 (A) - Seasonal dwelling.
