He felt that a stair <br />and landing portion would be a minimum of what is needed to gain <br />access to the lake. He felt that if permit approval was sought In <br />1974, the applicant probably would not have received the approval needed« <br />Cohen clarified that a portion of the deck and the gazebo should be removed.
