Attached dwellings are <br />encouraged. <br />Section 10.25, Subd. 6 (B) - LR-lC lot standards, 1 unit per 1/2 <br />acre acre. 100* lot width measured in straight line at shoreline <br />and at 75' setback area. <br />Section 10.32 - PRD ordinance <br />A. Subd. 2 - Dwelling unit shall not exceed the number of such <br />lots or units permissible under minimum lot size <br />requirements of zoning districts. <br />Total area ^ 36,207 s.f. or .83 acres <br />Existing « 4 units or 9,050 s.f. or .20 acres per unit <br />Proposed >= 4 units at same unit density <br />Allowed « 1 unit (also per Section 10.60, Subd. 2 - see <br />below) <br />Section 10.60, Subd. 2 - Density limitation.
