Box 66 <br />Orono, Mn. 55391 <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />Enclosed is an application for a class 2, two lot subdivision of the property at <br />340 & 350 North Arm Lane in Orono. Also enclosed is the application fee of $300.00 <br />and the list of property owners within 350 feet and the previously approved preliminary <br />plat drawings. The preliminary plat was previously approved by the Orono City Council <br />at their March 26, 1990 meeting. No final plat was submitted because both properties <br />were sold to the present owners at that time.
