As of July 24, 1992 the proper y <br />shall receive 8,000 cubic yards as property has already received , <br />cubic yards. <br />AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has granted approval for such <br />development on the condition that the Developer enter into this agreement <br />to provide for the installation of improvements hereinafter described o <br />the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the <br />mutual promises and conditions hereinafter contained, it is hereby agree <br />as follows:Initials of Developer _ _ _ _ _ <br />Initials of City Clerk - - - - - <br />Page 1 of 7
