Each member of our staff has <br />over fifteen years experience in the ice rink industry. <br />We offer complete design services for refrigeration and <br />dashers and are available for consulting on entire arena <br />projects. <br />Our ice rink refrigeration systems consist of industrial <br />multi stages semi-hermetic compressor packages. Multi-stage <br />compressor allow for maximum energy efficiency by matching <br />operating horsepower to actual rink demand. Our refrigerated <br />floor systems are constructed of high density polyethylene <br />I" tubing on 4” centers. Polyethylene tubing has proved <br />to be the most durable tubing for ice rink refrigeration <br />systems. As ice rink concrete deteriorates over the years <br />and starts to develop cracks polyethylene tubing will not <br />be effected by corrosion as in steel materials. Our ice <br />rink floor circulate methonal and water, which is a stable <br />and inexpensive secondary refrigerant. <br />Rink-Tec International is a leader in the Industry in energy <br />saving technology. We offer a centralized rink floor header <br />which reduces energy consumption by reducing brine pumping <br />horsepower. We also offer a two pump brine pumping system <br />where a smaller brine pump is used when refrigeration tonnage <br />requirements are lower. Our compressor are available with <br />Copland Discus compressors which are the most efficient <br />in the industry. <br />We also offer a large range of dasher board systems including: <br />Wood frame, sLeel frame, and aluminum frame set with acrylic <br />or tempered glass facing. <br />I hope this letter gives you an idea of the services and <br />products we supply.
