Proposed Use <br />1.Is the proposed use similar to other uses set forth in <br />Section 10.28, Subd. 3 (A)? (Refer to Section 10.20, <br />Subd. 3 (C) and Exhibit 2) <br />2.Other land use alternatives if use is found acceptable <br />and/or compatible with existing RR-IB permitted and <br />conditional uses. <br />a. Amendment of code creating a. new conditional use <br />b. PUD rezoning (refer to Exhibits 2 and 4). <br />B. Comprehensive Planning Issues <br />1. Access/rcads. <br />2. Sewer and water expansion. <br />>Location of proposed use in relation* to other planned <br />uses for property. <br />4.Explore sharing of required accessory improvements, <br />i.e. parking, access drives, lighting. <br />5.Plan to reflect potential impact of an expanded County <br />Road 6 (394 corridor). <br />6.Impact of proposed development and existing developers <br />agreement between City and School District (refer to <br />June 15th Planning Commission packet. Exhibit L). <br />7.
