In addition to being an eyesore, it would impact the <br />integrity of the design of the structure. If the <br />was to be placed within the car wash there was always the <3anger <br />that the sensitive computerized equipment could be damaged ny <br />water. The high water table and ease of access restricts ^®® ° <br />lower areas.
