Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />May 11, 1992 <br />#1729 Clair Rood, 3280 Navarre Lane - Residential <br />Subdivision of a Lot Line Rearrangement - <br />Continuation of a Public Hearing <br />Zoning Districts LR-IC, Lakeshore residential requiring a <br />1/2 acre dry contiguous land <br />Status of Application <br />At the April 20th meeting of the Planning Commission, the <br />application was tabled providing the applicant additional time to <br />submit to the City a revised survey confirming that proposed Parcel A <br />contains a half acre of dry contiguous land. As already noted in the staff memo. <br />Exhibit C, the properties have been assessed a total of two water <br />units and lineal footage for sewer. Access to both building sites <br />shall be via Navarre Lane.
