In addition, the L.M.C.O. has placed a moratorium on <br />the issuance of multiple dock licenses, and, therefore, the City <br />cannot process the application at this time. <br />Ge-.xh moved, Guthrie seconded; to table the Straley application <br />for a I4arlno License.
