Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />April 14, 1992 <br />Subject:#1700 Dale McCurdy, 4041 North Shore Drive - <br />Variance - Referred back to Planning Commission for <br />Additional Review <br />Status of Application <br />At the April 13th meeting of the Council, Council referred <br />Mr. McCurdy's application back to the Planning Commission for <br />additional review as applicant has submitted an updated survey <br />and hardcover inventory. At the February 10th meeting, members <br />voted to deny Mr. McCurdy's request for Council to act on the <br />current application without an updated survey and was given 60 <br />days to provide an updated survey in order to complete the <br />variance and building permit review (April 10, 1992). Mr. <br />McCurdy submitted to the City an updated survey and hardcover <br />inventory on March 31, 1992. <br />Pertlnont Ordinance <br />Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 - Hardcover excess exists <br />within 75-250' setback area where additional structural hardcover <br />is proposed.
