The existing <br />. water elevation north of the tracks is currently at 932.5 due to a culvert that is partially <br />mi <br />7j ■ -----------------------------------------------------___ ^ _ <br />:? plugged under the Dakota Railroad line. The water elevation is most likely controlled by <br />the low track elevation of 933.8 rather than the partially plugged culvert. <br />iii <br />There appears to be two choices for determining the dry buildable land on the property. <br />The first would be to accept things as they are and consider the normal water elevation to <br />be 933.8. The second would be to try and control the normal water elevation at some lower <br />elevation that most likely existed at one time.
