The majority of <br />the detached garage will be placed over existing paving hardcover. <br />Refer to lot coverage standards set forth above. Applicants' proposal <br />still conforms to lot coverage controls on their property at .37 acre. <br />The drive will not be expanded as a result of the garage improvements <br />Review of Hardships <br />Please review Exhibit A.
