The 120-day subdivision review period (established by State <br />Statute) for application #05-3131 will expire on October 20, 2005 unless it is extended by the <br />applicant. Bemuse Planning Commission’s tabling of your application until the October 17 PC <br />meeting will not allow for review and final action by the City Council until after October 20, an <br />extension must be requested in writing by the applicant Please sign and return the attached <br />Request for Review Period Extensioa no later than Friday October 7. Failure to return the <br />Extension Request will result in Council action on October 10 to deny the application.
