The 120-day subdivision review period (established by State Statute) for application #05-3131 will expire on October 20, 2005 unless it is extended by the applicant. Bemuse Planning Commission’s tabling of your application until the October 17 PC meeting will not allow for review and final action by the City Council until after October 20, an extension must be requested in writing by the applicant Please sign and return the attached Request for Review Period Extensioa no later than Friday October 7. Failure to return the Extension Request will result in Council action on October 10 to deny the application.
