For the 5-acre zoning district, any Id <br />exceeding 7.0 grots acres including wetland, shall be charged a <br />maximum trunk fee equal to the trunk fee for a 7.0 acre parcel. <br />Such lot shall remain eligible for the up lo 50% reduction <br />noted in (I) above, such reduction based on the perecnlage of <br />7.0 acres that is placed in buffer casements. <br />H5 Maximum Fee.
