All owners, mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicate therein shall sign the plat and all other documents affected by <br />such interest <br />The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded easements <br />currently affecting the property. <br />Signed and executed Road, Drainage nnd Utility Easement and <br />Declaration of Private Covenants for Mainteiumce of Same over the <br />private road outlot <br />Signed Conservation and Flowage Easement to be granted over <br />alldelineated wetlands on the plat <br />Signed Conservation Easement to be granted over Outlot B and the other <br />areas noted herein. <br />Signed Developers Agreement and Letter of Credit for construction of <br />improvements.
