Total <br />Zoning District:RR-IB, 2.0-acre Single Family Rural Residential <br />(2.0 ac. min., 200’ width min., unsewered) <br />Application Summary: Applicant proposes to subdivide this 17-acre parcel to create 6 single- <br />family residential lots. Under the revised plan, all six lots would be served by a new private road <br />extending 700* northward from Watertown Road. All lots would be served by private septic <br />systems and wells. The revised plan eliminates the SE building site near Watertown Road, and <br />places all six homesites in the NW quadrant of the property, on lots ranging from 1.35 acres to <br />2.56 acres in dry buildable area.
