The site in^novements iitelude the construction of a new home and associated grading. The <br />in^rovements will require importing approximately 770 cubic yards of fill. We have tite following comments <br />widi regards to engineering matters: <br />The proposed volume of fill to be imported to the site will require approximately 65 tandem dump <br />truck loads delivered to the site. The qiplicant should provide the proposed haul route to the city for <br />review and approval. <br />The proposed grading plan will direct water from the south side of the driveway southerly onto the <br />neighboring propetty.
