If the drainage calculations illustrate otherwise, it may <br />be necessary to table this item. <br />Additionally, since the Planning Commission review the applicant has made a slight change to the <br />footprint resulting in an additional 250 s.f. of structure. The hardcover and structural coverage levels <br />remain within allowed limits with the proposed change. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On August 15, Planning Commission voted 5 - 1 - I to recommend approval of the application. <br />* 77»s dissenting Commissioner felt that the amount of grading/flll proposed was unreasonable. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Approval of the variances per the attached Resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached Resolution.
