The applicant will be providing drainage calculations prior to Monday’s meeting to confirm that the City Engineer’s concerns have been satisfied. If the drainage calculations illustrate otherwise, it may be necessary to table this item. Additionally, since the Planning Commission review the applicant has made a slight change to the footprint resulting in an additional 250 s.f. of structure. The hardcover and structural coverage levels remain within allowed limits with the proposed change. Planning Commission Recommendation On August 15, Planning Commission voted 5 - 1 - I to recommend approval of the application. * 77»s dissenting Commissioner felt that the amount of grading/flll proposed was unreasonable.
