By acceptance of this license, the license holder is granted authority to operate under <br />the license, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Orono from all <br />claims arising fiom said event. The license holder, all organizations and private <br />persons exercising authority under this license, do waive and release all claims against <br />the City of Orono, its officers or employees for any damage to person or property <br />arising from the exercise of privileges granted by this license and agrees to hold <br />harmless the City of Orono, its employees and officers from any such claim. <br />2. The Orono Police Department and its officers are empowered to revoke this license at <br />any time for any safety concerns or alcohol violations that are not immediately resolved <br />by the license holder or a representative of the license holder. This revocation shall <br />cause the inunediate cancellation of the license if deemed tq)propriate by the police <br />department. This action will occur, but is not limit to, under age alcohol sale or sale of <br />alcohol to intoxicated persons. <br />3. Alcohol service to intoxicated persons will not be allowed. <br />4. Alcohol servers will be at least 21 years of age. <br />5. No service to persons under 21 years of age. <br />6. Alcohol servers will employ an “ID under S3 ” standard. <br />7.
