The home is currently set back 44.4* <br />from the front property line and the proposed additions would continue along the same <br />front line of the house resulting in a setback of 43.9* due to the slight angle of the home. <br />The applicant is also proposing an open pergola addition to the front of the home to serve <br />as a front entry piece.
