The applicant then submitted to renew that variance ii^My <br />September 200&mowever, upon receipt of the necessaiy plans, it was determined that the proposed <br />garage dim^ions were changing, causing the hardcover numbers to vary slightly and thus requiring <br />revieu^f an entirely new application.
