VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 1, Bremer Opposed. <br />#054146 MARK AND PAMELA PALM, 1447 PARK DRIVE, VARIANCES, 7:40 P.M - <br />[M, <br />Mark PalmSApplicant, and Tom Brennan, Friend, were present. <br />Oundlach stated mmiDplicant is requesting the following variances in order to repi^ an existing <br />detached garage: <br />A hardcover variance to pemliQ6.S8 percent hardcover withinthe 7S’-2S0 ’ zone where 25 <br />percent is normally allowed and 37.08 itly exists^ <br />2. A hardcover variance to permit 38.10 percent (ver within the 250 ’-500 ’ zone where 30 <br />percent is normally allowed and 41.27 percent curraftly existsi <br />3. Side yard setback variance to permit amde yard setback of flv^^t where IS feet is normally <br />required for a detached building in exern^f 750 square feet and a 1.5-foot currently exists. <br />The applicant applied for similar Mmances in March of2002 to replace the existing ^Ntee with a 24’ by <br />35’ garage with storage abopC Ultimately, approval was granted for a 22’ by 34* garage <br />variance approval exnjiod on July 22,2003. The applicant then submitted to renew that variance ii^My <br />September 200&mowever, upon receipt of the necessaiy plans, it was determined that the proposed <br />garage dim^ions were changing, causing the hardcover numbers to vary slightly and thus requiring <br />revieu^f an entirely new application.
