GITYoT ORONO <br />Si RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _______________ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY OF ORONO TO ENTER INTO A <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MN/DOT <br />RELATED TO KENOBI POND MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. <br />85230 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br />To provide for maintenance and operation by the City of Kenobi Pond as <br />defined in said Agreement. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator are <br />authorized to execute the Agreement <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this I4th day of November. 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ronald J.
