Moorse: <br />Enclosed are five copies of our proposed Agreement No. 85230. Exhibit A, and City of Orono <br />Resolution certification covering future maintenance responsibilities for Kenobi Pond, being <br />constructed under State Project 2713-75. <br />Please obtain the necessary City of Orono Resolution arxJ signatures for the City of Orono on all <br />five copies of the Agreement and Resolution certification. The two people authorized on the <br />Resolution certification to execute the Agreement must be the same ones who sign the <br />Agreement on page 5. <br />After you have obtained the required signatures, please return all five copies of the Agreement <br />and Resolution certification to me for further processing. <br />I will fonward a fully executed copy to you upon our staffs completion of processing the <br />Agreement.
