A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY OF ORONO TO ENTER INTO A <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MN/DOT <br />RELATED TO BRIDGE, POND AND TRAIL MAINTENANCE <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. <br />85231 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br />To provide for bridge, pond and trail maintenance by the City, as defined in <br />said Agreement. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and me City Administrator are <br />authorized to execute the Agreement <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 14th day of November, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ronald J.
