VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITYAl nSTRATOR’S REPORT <br />Gaffton stated Staff did a final tree inspection on the Eric Vogstrom property on Casco Point Road. <br />Gaflron stated there are some discrepancies with the landscape plan that was submitted and that some of <br />the trees were supposed to be moved back further on the property. Gafiron stated the planted trees range <br />from 9 to 10 feet rather than the 12 feet directed by Council. Gafiron leconunended two more six>foot <br />trees be planted to make ig> for the shorter trees. <br />Peterson inquired whether Staff would be checking annually to verify that the trees have not been cut <br />down. <br />fc.^ . t <br />ikkJIL <br />PAGE 26
