To date the church has not connected <br />to Otis system. It appears the intent is to connect to this system as part of this improvement project. The P'*"* <br />should show the stub location and verify that it is their intent to connect to this system. The applicant should <br />coordinate this connection with the city public works department and review with the city any connections <br />charges due. ... <br />• Please see the attached comments from Lance Hoff regarding storm sewer improyements and drainage issues. <br />• We have estimated the costs for site improvements to be S228.386.00.
