B - 6 PUD General Development Plan approval, <br />2. Final Plat ^iproval in order to create 10 unit lots and one common lot, <br />3. Commercial Site Plan approval in order to obtain a building permit, and lastly <br />4. Easement Vacations in coniunction with dediciitinn of ru>u/ <br />The applicants have proposed development of 10 units of office condos on approximately 2.6 <br />acres lifted at 2^ Wayzata Boulevard West. The proposed condos will be 2-s'iory walkouts <br />containing approximately 34,186 s.f of gross square footage. Each duplex style building will <br />contain a walk-out level, a main floor level and a second story mezzanine. <br />This is the final review stage of the PUD process and includes a final plat, a commercial site plan <br />review and easement vacations. <br />This application was tabled at the meeting of September 26, 2005 to allow the City Engineer and <br />appropriate city staff to review the revised StormTech stormwater plan. After a comprehensive <br />review of the StomiTech plan, staff and the City Engineer determined that due to the continued <br />maintenance required and the existence of an alternate, more efficient plan (existing MnDOT <br />stormwater pond at NW comer of Brown Rd and Highway 12) it was not in the best interest of the <br />City to allow this method.
