f <br />,9: <br />taHb <br />4. <br />5. <br />The q)plicant shall obtain a building peimit for the accessory structure and a land alteration <br />permit for the parking expansion prior to commencing construction of said improvements. <br />Final grading and drainage plans shall be approval by City Engineer prior to issuance of <br />building permits or land alteration permits. <br />The conditions of Resolution No. 4845 and subsequent relevant Resolutions shall remain in <br />effect except as modified by this Resolution. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicants, but <br />are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit and land <br />alteration permit within one year of the date of Council approval, or the approvals will <br />expire on that date (October 10.2006). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of the conditional use <br />permit approval shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate <br />any aidhority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned owno- has read, understands and hereby agrees to the terms of this <br />resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the <br />recording of this resolution in the Chain of Title of the property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Otono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held on the lOtfi day of October, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.Vee, City Cleric Barbara A.
