This revision was reviewed at the July PC meeting and approved 7-0 <br />subject to matching the siding materials and color with that of the existing smaller garage, and <br />subject to submittal of a final gradi.ig and drainage plan to be approved by the City Engineer. <br />In September, applicant then again amended the application to revise the building materials from <br />steel construction to a pre-cast concrete construction, with tip-up precast panels with aggregate face. <br />This was reviewed by PC on September 19, and was approved 7-0 subject to: <br />1. Applicant to color-nuitch as closely as possible the new concrete aggregate-face building <br />fitoxle with the recently resided accessory building color; and <br />2. Final grading and draiiuige plans shall be submitted for review and approval by City <br />Engineer prior to Council action. <br />City EBglaeer Comments <br />The City Engineer was provided with plans on 10/6/05 and has not submitted comments as of this <br />writing. We hope to have comments and a grading &drainage plan approval prior to Monday’s <br />meeting. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends qiproval per the Planning commission recommendation, subject to any comments <br />forthcoming from ^ City Engineer.
