Larson* <br />Cc: Mike Gaffron <br />Suldeck: RE: Amber Woods Office Center - MCWD project #05174 <br />Dan, <br />We hav0 reviewed the information submitted for the Amber woods Office Center project at <br />2060 Wayzata Blvd. and have the following comments: <br />Rule B: Erosion Control <br />• Provide blorolls in swale on East property line <br />• Provide bioroils between building sites <br />• Provide temporary stabilization using erosion control blanket for entire rear yard drainage <br />system <br />• Provide inlet protection on plan and a detail for ail CB’s for pre and post paving and rear <br />yard inlets <br />• Submit copy of SWPPP <br />• Provide an overall temporary and permanent stabilization plan <br />Rule N: Stormwater Management <br />• Reduce existing conditions for the site to meadow in good condition (CN > 58) <br />• Document that existing pipe off site is adequately sized to accept disc, large from the site <br />• To fiilfiil the BMP requirements of Rule N the District will consider infiltration from the <br />gravel subbase for the Stormtech as a BMP and recommend parking lot sweeping twice <br />per year <br />Overall the District has no objections to the use of the Stormtech system; however the <br />application for this project is incomplete at this time. <br />9/23/2005
