The applicants <br />have proposed lakeward additions to the home which will encroach between 9 and 25 feet into <br />the 75’ setback. A portion of this addition is a 2"** story balcony, one of the additions will be <br />both l" and 2"^ floor additions and the other will be main level living space with 2"** story <br />balcony above. <br />The applicants have designed the additions so that they will not encroach into the average <br />lakeshore setback. <br />Rear Yard Setback Variance <br />The existing detached garage is located 8.5’ from the rear lot line, where a 10' setback is <br />required for a detached garage with doors facing away from the street.
