Revised Plans <br />The an>licants have submitted a revised plan meeting all but one of the Planning Commission’s <br />recommendations. The revised plan still requires a structural coverage variance for 18% structural <br />coverage where 16% currently exists. The Planning Commission has not reviewed the most recent <br />revision. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />As the qiplicants have responded to the Planning Commission’s direction regarding the driveway <br />hardcover and rear yard setl^k. Planning Staff recommends approval of hardcover variances in order <br />to construct an attached garage and 2*^ story additions above the attached garage and existing footprint <br />consistent with the Planning Commission recommendation.
